Expertly crafted in the heart of the Sussex countryside near Lewes, our cider is lovingly handmade in the traditional Sussex way using sweet dessert apples matured for a minimum of six months.

At the final stage before we create our final products the base cider is blended with juice from freshly pressed Sussex sourced apples to capture the nuance of the fresh flavour of the fruit. That is why throughout the year our products subtly change in colour and taste. No two blends are ever quite the same – As no two apples are quite the same – a fact we are particularly proud of.

If you are looking for a standardised factory produced cider, we may well not be for you. But if you are looking for a natural product that keeps the essence of every apple that goes into it – then we would be your chaps.
